The project is dedicated to the Shukhov Tower in Moscow (also known as the Shukhov Tower, the Shabolov Television Tower, the Shukhov Radio Tower), an architectural monument of Soviet constructivism. Built in 1920-1922 according to the design of the architect and inventor Vladimir Shukhov. At present, it is in a critical (emergency) state,
is gradually destroyed by corrosion of the metal structure and is not subject to any restoration, which over time can lead to the disappearance of this cultural heritage object.

The tower is made up of six sections, one above the other. Each section is an independent hyperboloid based on a larger one. Six sections, the total height of which is 148 meters (without a blade and flagpole).
